Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Live Events Operations Coordinator to join our team at Rock-it Global. In this role, you will play a crucial part in the success of our clients' events by strategically identifying and booking the best routes for domestic and international freight shipments.

About the Job

  • Coordinate logistics for live events, concerts, and festivals across the globe.
  • Work closely with carriers, shippers, and consignees to ensure timely delivery of goods.
  • Prepare and review necessary documentation for shipments, including client manifests and transportation documents.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients and vendors through excellent customer service and communication skills.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience in freight forwarding or a related field.
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience.
  • Basic knowledge of freight forwarding processes, including domestic and international air freight and trucking.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.
