Job Title: Guest Service Associate

Upshift is seeking a Guest Service Associate to join our team of flexible shift workers.

About the Job:

We are looking for a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to provide exceptional service to our guests. As a Guest Service Associate, you will be responsible for ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience for our guests, from check-in to check-out.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor guest check-in and process complaints and requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage special requests, including wake-up calls and room assignments.
  • Provide excellent customer service over the phone and in person, transferring calls to the appropriate department as needed.
  • Perform housekeeping duties, including cleaning room suites and maintaining a high level of cleanliness.
  • Ensure proper maintenance of rooms and report any issues to management.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to be able to:

  • Work on your feet for extended periods.
  • Lift up to 50 pounds occasionally and up to 25 pounds frequently.
  • Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Be able to hear and see well.
