- Maintain accurate and confidential medical records, adhering to HIPAA guidelines.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest medical knowledge and best practices, participating in ongoing education and training opportunities.
- Current LPN license through the Ohio Board of Nursing.
- Knowledge of communicable disease prevention and medication protocol.
- Ability to handle confidential information and maintain patient confidentiality.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) and/or First Aid certification, depending on the position.
- Background check in compliance with Ohio Administrative Code Rule.
