About the Role

As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with SGA Talent, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our healthcare team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor Patient Vitals: Record and track patient vital signs, including temperature, blood pressure, and oxygen levels.
  • Maintain Patient Comfort: Ensure patients' physical and emotional needs are met, including bathing, feeding, and dressing.
  • Assist Medical Staff: Collaborate with nursing and medical staff to administer medication, perform basic medical tasks, and update patient records.
  • Evaluate Patient Well-being: Assess patients' overall health and report any concerns to medical staff.
  • Communicate with Patients and Families: Explain treatments and procedures to patients and their families, promoting transparency and understanding.
  • Provide Wound Care: Change dressings and bandages to ensure patients' wounds heal properly.
  • Transfer Patients: Safely move patients between wheelchairs, beds, and gurneys.
