Global Women's Health Program Director, Clinical Educator, OBGYN Specialist

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly qualified candidate for a Global Women's Health Fellowship program. The selected individual will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and collaborative environment, incorporating clinical, teaching, and research responsibilities.
Job Description: The fellow will be part of a two-year program that includes clinical, teaching, and research experiences at Stony Brook Medicine and Hospital Central de Maputo in Mozambique. The program aims to equip OBGYN professionals with advanced skills in capacity building, clinical education, program development, and implementation.
Key Responsibilities: The selected candidate will have the following responsibilities:
1. Clinical Responsibilities: The fellow will work closely with healthcare professionals to develop and implement clinical programs that focus on women's health.
2. Teaching Responsibilities: The fellow will be responsible for teaching and mentoring students and residents on women's health topics.
3. Research Responsibilities: The fellow will participate in research projects that aim to improve women's health outcomes in Mozambique and globally.
Qualifications: To be eligible for this position, the candidate must have completed a residency in OBGYN in the United States and be committed to advancing health equity for poor and/or marginalized communities.
Preferred Qualifications: Proficiency in Spanish or Portuguese is highly desired.
Salary and Benefits: The estimated annual salary for this position is $175,000. The selected candidate will also receive a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings, and paid time off.
