Your Role:

As a Registered Nurse, you will deliver direct patient care within your assigned unit, utilizing the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation. You will manage patient care and oversee the activities of support staff, and may take on charge nurse responsibilities as needed.

Your Contributions:

· Conduct thorough assessments of patients' health status and ensure timely documentation according to established standards.

· Collaborate with patients, families, and the healthcare team to create personalized care plans based on comprehensive assessments.

· Direct and coordinate patient care activities to ensure high-quality service delivery, communicating effectively with team members.

· Evaluate patient outcomes and document the effectiveness of interventions, involving patients and families in the evaluation process.

· Maintain compliance with nursing department standards and complete necessary competency evaluations and training.

Qualifications:

Essential Skills and Experience:

· Graduate from an accredited nursing program

· Valid RN License in Florida

· Certifications in BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS
