The Role

As a Sales Operations Associate on our Partner Operations team, you'll be instrumental in managing our CRM systems, analyzing & visualizing large data sets, ensuring high data integrity across internal systems, and providing reporting & operational support to enhance our team's performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administer and optimize our CRM systems, (today we use HubSpot)
  • Develop and maintain reports and dashboards for weekly performance analysis & ad-hoc asks
  • Monitor and cleanse data sets to ensure accuracy and integrity across internal systems
  • Partner with sales to build and manage forecast reports
  • Project future results and identify needed re-allocations of resources to meet business goals
  • Build and maintain automations to boost team productivity

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in a sales operations or go-to-market role, preferably working at an early-stage direct-to-consumer start-up
  • 2+ years of experience with PostgreSQL or BigQuery
  • Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail
  • Certification / mastery of advanced features within Hubspot
  • Experience in managing large volumes of data, including migration and cleansing
  • Mastery of data analysis and visualization tools (e.g. Sheets / Tableau / Looker / Preset, etc)
  • Process-oriented mindset with a passion for efficiency and standardization
  • Ability to learn quickly through experimentation
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
  • Effective collaboration with others across multiple teams

Bonus Points

  • Salesforce certification or experience
  • Experience with automation tools like Zapier or Make
  • Worked in education or healthcare

Step 5: Onsite interview at office in SoHo, NYC
