We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Operations Associate to join our team at Pearson Education Services. As a key member of our sales operations team, you will play a critical role in enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of our sales team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide daily support to the sales team, including pipeline management, data integrity, and sales support for our Career and College Readiness business.
  • Maintain contract and pricing repository, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Develop and optimize standard sales readiness and productivity processes and programs, collaborating with key stakeholders and functional teams.
  • Develop a strong understanding of our products and offerings to ensure correct products and pricing are sold.
  • Leverage outcomes of the Go To Market process to drive improvements in overall effectiveness of all functions that bring our solutions to market.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, Marketing, or Communications, or equivalent required.
  • Demonstrable sales operations or sales support experience.
  • Experience working with Salesforce.com or similar platform.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Self-motivated to meet deadlines independently.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Professional (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), SharePoint, and Adobe Acrobat Professional.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and leadership.
  • Knowledge of education (K-12 public/private/charter schools).
  • Adaptability to meet tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
