Key Responsibilities- Provide daily support to the sales team, including pipeline management, data integrity, and sales support for our Career and College Readiness business.
- Maintain contract and pricing repository, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
- Develop and optimize standard sales readiness and productivity processes and programs, collaborating with key stakeholders and functional teams.
- Develop a strong understanding of our products and offerings to ensure correct products and pricing are sold.
- Leverage outcomes of the Go To Market process to drive improvements in overall effectiveness of all functions that bring our solutions to market.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, Marketing, or Communications, or equivalent required.
- Demonstrable sales operations or sales support experience.
- Experience working with Salesforce.com or similar platform.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-motivated to meet deadlines independently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Professional (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), SharePoint, and Adobe Acrobat Professional.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and leadership.
- Knowledge of education (K-12 public/private/charter schools).
- Adaptability to meet tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
