We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Manager to lead our Business Development and Client Delivery efforts in the Military Operations domain. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, leveraging expertise, and building strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute business development strategies to drive growth and revenue in the Military Operations domain.
- Lead cross-functional teams in capture and proposal management activities, leveraging expertise in acquisition, engineering, analytics, and consulting.
- Maintain relationships with key decision makers and leaders from the DoD community, including the Army munitions and weapons portfolio and business model.
- Manage capture and execution of business pipelines, including program management of active contracts and opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal partners to translate comprehension of current and future strategic, operational, and tactical challenges facing diverse Army systems into business development initiatives.
- Provide leadership to solve problems and enable the ability to architect future technological solutions to create products and services that increase opportunities at the right time and in the right places.
- Assist with building and representing a diverse team in creating, designing, and implementing agreements and arrangements, including mitigating risks and ensuring adherence to budget, schedule, and performance standards.
- Inspire, motivate, and develop a high-energy team to excel through transition and change.
- 10+ years of experience in leadership, including leading cross-functional teams in at least one area of acquisition, engineering, analytics, and consulting.
- 8+ years of experience individually leading teams in capture and proposal management activities.
- Experience with DoD munitions and weapons portfolio and business model.
- Experience maintaining relationships with key decision makers and leaders from the DoD community.
- Experience managing capture and execution of business pipelines.
- Experience with program management of active contracts and opportunities.
- Ability to obtain a Secret clearance.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Experience maintaining relationships with key decision makers and leaders from the Army munitions and weapons community, including DEVCOM Armaments Center or JPEO Armaments and Ammunition, and its subordinate Project Offices.
- Experience with Army munitions and weapons portfolio and business model.
- Secret clearance.
- Master's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Science, or Mathematics.
- PMI Certification.
