Job Summary

As a Medical Staff Supervisor Full-Time at ABHS, you will oversee the clinical and administrative functions of our Intake and Assessment Clinicians. This role requires strong leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to facilitate and document individual and group clinical supervision. You will be responsible for training and onboarding new clinicians, enforcing quality standards, and providing valuable feedback to team and upper management. Additionally, you will generate reports and present information to upper management and other parties as directed.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Direct Supervision of Clinicians
* Facilitate and document individual and group clinical supervision
* Therapist coaching and training
* Onboarding/Training of newly hired Intake and Assessment Clinicians
* Intake and Assessment Clinician Training
* Enforcing quality standards and providing valuable feedback to team and upper management on potential improvements.
* Resolving conflicts and complaints from employees and clients.
* Generating reports and presenting information to upper management and other parties as directed or monitor team performance and report on metrics.
* Effectively communicate with team regarding performance.
* Identification of training needs and provide coaching.
* Responsible and accountable for team's success as measured by Key Performance Indicators.
* Leveraging KPI data and reporting weekly.
* Provide individual and group supervision.
* Respond to emails from staff within a 24-hour time frame.
* Communicate and train clinicians on changes/updates to policy and procedure and ensure staff-wide compliance.
* Conduct timely performance evaluations according to regulations for all supervised staff.
* Training and onboarding of new clinicians.
* Manage all time off requests and administrative functions relating to supervising team.
* Ensuring coverage of staff when needed.
* Other duties as assigned to meet client, staff and employer needs.

**Requirements:**

* 1+ years' experience at a supervisory level working in a Mental Health Treatment Facility or training in lieu of.
* Clinical Supervision
* Training in an Evidenced-Based Practice
* Familiarity with telehealth services and virtual, HIPAA-compliant meeting platforms
* Proper English and grammar, usage, and spelling
* Software application related to the field
* Familiarity with Electronic Health Record systems
* Basic computer knowledge including outlook, excel and EHR systems
* Professional phone and customer service demeanor including email etiquette.
