Registered Nurse (RN) Compensation
The estimated compensation for this role is $35-$38 per hour, based on industry standards and the location of our nursing homes. This figure may vary depending on individual qualifications and experience.
Job Description
As a Registered Nurse (RN) at BRIA, you will provide direct care to our residents, ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met. You will also supervise activities performed by nursing assistants and chart and maintain documentation for residents.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct care to residents, including administering medications and developing individualized care plans.
- Supervise nursing assistants to ensure they are providing high-quality care and adhering to our standards.
- Chart and maintain accurate documentation for residents, including medical histories and treatment plans.
- Develop and maintain a positive working relationship with all team members, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need a Bachelor's degree or higher, a valid and current nursing license in Illinois, and current CPR certification. At least one year of experience in long-term care is also required.
