Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct care to residents, ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met.
  • Supervise and guide nursing assistants to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation for residents, including medication administration and treatment plans.
  • Develop and maintain positive working relationships with all team members, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
  • A valid, current nursing license in Illinois.
  • Current CPR certification.
  • At least one year of experience in long-term care.
