Front Office Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Office Supervisor to join our team at The Westin Chicago Lombard. As a key member of our hotel operations team, you will be responsible for supervising the daily activities of the Front Desk staff, ensuring exceptional guest satisfaction, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and train Front Desk staff to provide exceptional guest service and ensure seamless check-in and check-out processes.
- Monitor and analyze Front Desk operations to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and productivity.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth, including upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching and feedback to Front Desk staff to ensure they meet the highest standards of service.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a Front Office or hotel operations role, preferably in a supervisory or management capacity.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to drive results.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in hospitality or a related field preferred.
