Quality Assurance Manager

Primary Responsibilities:
- Oversee the quality assurance operations for facilities providing components across diverse sectors, including automotive.
- Establish and oversee protocols related to product quality assurance.
- Ensure uniformity of quality systems and procedures across all sites.
- Regularly assess quality metrics to track advancement towards objectives.
- Lead initiatives in addressing quality challenges and concerns.
- Collaborate with various departments to guarantee compliance with regulations and quality standards.
- Assess the effectiveness of quality processes and promote ongoing enhancements.
- Execute quality enhancement initiatives to foster business expansion.
- Assist plant Quality Managers with customer-related quality challenges.
- Support multiple departments during product development and client engagements.
- Conduct annual evaluations of Quality Systems and Programs on-site.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Management is mandatory.
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in Quality; experience across multiple sites is advantageous.
- Experience in root cause analysis is essential.
- Expertise in manufacturing processes and continuous improvement methodologies is required.
- Familiarity with international cultures and practices is beneficial.
- Willingness to travel internationally, potentially up to 50% of the time.
