We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Manager to lead our Ceramics Division. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and managing processes and procedures related to quality assurance of KAVX products.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and manage quality assurance processes and procedures
- Oversee audit results and manage resolution of all findings
- Drive consistency of quality systems and processes across locations
- Monitor and analyze quality metrics and KPIs to identify areas for improvement
- Provide technical support and decision-making to ensure regulatory compliance and quality of KAVX products
- Evaluate and improve quality processes and procedures to achieve continuous improvement
- Assure customer and consumer complaints are answered completely and in a timely manner
- Support plant Quality Managers in case of escalation of customer-related quality issues
- Initiate and implement quality improvement programs to enable business growth and increase profitability
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Management required
- 10+ years of industry experience in Quality, including experience in Operations or equivalent function
- Root cause analysis experience required (8D, PDCA)
- Proficiency in manufacturing processes, technologies, or other relevant areas of responsibility
- Demonstrated experience using continuous improvement tools and fundamentals to drive results
- Excellent writing, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Ability to travel internationally, up to 50%
