Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage quality assurance processes and procedures
  • Oversee audit results and manage resolution of all findings
  • Drive consistency of quality systems and processes across locations
  • Monitor and analyze quality metrics and KPIs to identify areas for improvement
  • Provide technical support and decision-making to ensure regulatory compliance and quality of KAVX products
  • Evaluate and improve quality processes and procedures to achieve continuous improvement
  • Assure customer and consumer complaints are answered completely and in a timely manner
  • Support plant Quality Managers in case of escalation of customer-related quality issues
  • Initiate and implement quality improvement programs to enable business growth and increase profitability
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Management required
  • 10+ years of industry experience in Quality, including experience in Operations or equivalent function
  • Root cause analysis experience required (8D, PDCA)
  • Proficiency in manufacturing processes, technologies, or other relevant areas of responsibility
  • Demonstrated experience using continuous improvement tools and fundamentals to drive results
  • Excellent writing, interpersonal, and communication skills
  • Ability to travel internationally, up to 50%
