Description:

We are seeking a Manager, Price Strategy to join our Growth and Strategy organization. This role will define, develop, and oversee alternative fee arrangement programs aimed at transitioning the firm away from time and material pricing towards value-based strategies.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five years of recent experience in a pricing role or related field, with a proven track record in coaching and mentoring others to succeed. They will also have experience within a professional services firm or strategic pricing function, with a demonstrated leadership career path acceleration.

The Manager, Price Strategy will lead cross-functional stakeholder alignment and team leadership to ensure the successful execution of pricing strategies. They will work closely with Pricing and Commercial Enablement organization to align function and service unit leadership with strategic plans and processes.

The role will also involve conducting research and analysis to develop price measurements across all KPMG functions, utilizing external market research and collaboration with other departments. The Manager, Price Strategy will drive ongoing pricing process improvement initiatives at scale, identify inefficiencies, and implement enhanced pricing processes to align with firm growth objectives and market dynamics.
