Key Responsibilities:- Perform daily electrical and mechanical maintenance tasks to prevent downtime and ensure optimal equipment performance.
- Conduct thorough troubleshooting and repair of electrical and mechanical issues to minimize downtime and maintain production schedules.
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment and facilities to ensure they are in good working condition.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements and optimize equipment performance.
- Develop and maintain accurate records of work performed, including maintenance schedules, repair history, and equipment performance data.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance maintenance processes and equipment performance.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; vocational training or certification in electrical or mechanical repair preferred.
- Basic computer skills and data entry experience preferred.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and understand technical written and verbal instructions.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to troubleshoot complex electrical and mechanical issues.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide timely updates on maintenance activities.
