Account Executive

At SquarePeg Inc, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Account Executive to join our Microsoft team. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a pivotal role in driving our mission of digital transformation.

Responsibilities
  • Work closely with Executive Leadership and Solution Area Leadership to identify, qualify, propose, and close new business opportunities.
  • Establish relationships with business and IT leaders to uncover new business opportunities.
  • Manage and maintain a revenue forecast and pipeline for prospect accounts.
  • Communicate internally with managers, project managers, operations, marketing, and consultants working on a prospect or recently acquired account.
  • Ensure all administrative requirements are met and operational policies and procedures are adhered to.
  • Develop a complete understanding of SquarePeg Inc's processes, systems, and service offerings to better serve customers and facilitate organizational collaboration.
  • Maintain accurate account, opportunity, and contact information within our CRM system.
Requirements
  • Four-year degree in a related discipline (e.g., information technology, computer science, business, engineering).
  • 8 years of industry experience in a relevant discipline.
  • 5 years of successful consulting sales or technical business development experience.
  • Experience selling to or for large technology companies (Microsoft, Google, Meta, etc).
  • Maintain high levels of integrity and dependability, with a focus on results, quality, and customer satisfaction.
