We are seeking a dedicated Recovery Specialist II to join our team at Telecare Corporation. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing care that responds to the physical and psychological needs of our members served.

What You Will Do:

  • Provide direct and indirect services according to individual service plans and Medicaid standards.
  • Work collaboratively with our team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our members.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with our members, their families, and our community partners.

Shifts Available:

  • DAY: 7:00 am - 7:30 pm
  • NOC: 7:00 pm - 7:30 am

Benefits:

  • Competitive salary range: $22.52 - $26.36
  • Geographic differentials apply
  • Shift differentials for hourly staff (6% for PM Shift, 10% for Overnight Shift)
  • Weekend Shift differentials for hourly staff (5% for Weekend AM Shift, 11% for Weekend PM Shift, 15% for Weekend Overnight Shift)

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or G.E.D and two (2) years of experience in a psychiatric mental health setting or BA/BS with one (1) year experience in mental health setting
  • Knowledge of basic nursing skills and interventions, as well as mental and physical health conditions and terminologies
  • Current Washington Agency Affiliated Counselor certification
