Position Overview:
The Office Coordinator will oversee daily office operations, ensuring that all office equipment functions efficiently while providing support for various administrative tasks. Proficiency in both Korean and English is crucial for this position.
Key Duties:
  • Deliver general office assistance, including managing phone calls, emails, and written correspondence.
  • Oversee office supplies and inventory, ensuring timely restocking and ordering.
  • Diagnose and resolve issues with office equipment, including printers, copiers, and scanners.
  • Help organize company events, meetings, and schedules.
  • Maintain organized and accessible office files and records.
  • Coordinate with external vendors for office maintenance and supplies.
  • Assist the finance department with basic accounting tasks, such as processing invoices and tracking expenses.
  • Support the preparation of reports, presentations, and other necessary documents.
  • Ensure a clean, organized, and safe office environment.
  • Provide bilingual support, including translation and communication in Korean and English.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience in an office administration or similar role.
  • Strong troubleshooting abilities for office equipment.
  • Basic understanding of accounting principles is advantageous.
  • Bilingual proficiency in Korean and English.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Capability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Attention to detail and effective problem-solving skills.
