Job Title: Bilingual Account Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Bilingual Account Manager to join our team at Cinter Career Services. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for expanding new business opportunities and developing and generating new business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Business Development: Finalize customer requested documents, contact customers to discuss their needs, and provide sales presentations on company products.
  • Marketing: Assist in forecasting current and future product sales trends, monitor and evaluate competitive products, and obtain SOP, EOP, and Production Planning information from customers.
  • Customer Service: Perform initial containment of quality concerns or issues, develop customers' profiles, and collect payment from customers on time.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management/Business Administration or related field preferred.
  • English and Japanese - read, write, and speak proficiently.
