Quality Auditor Job Description

US Farathane is seeking an experienced Quality Auditor to join our team on 3rd shift. As a Quality Auditor, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Quality System, ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform in-process inspections to verify product compliance with customer requirements.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation, including variable charts and data received from sub-contractors.
  • Assist in sort operations and perform receiving inspections as needed.
  • Ensure adherence to all internal and OSHA required safety procedures.
  • Perform dock auditing and maintain a clean and organized work area.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent, with 3-6 months of related experience or training.
  • Ability to read, interpret, and communicate effectively.
  • Good organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic math skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Knowledge of quality systems and standards, including ISO 9001.
  • Experience with inspection techniques and measurement instrument usage.
Working Conditions:

The Quality Auditor will work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, with frequent exposure to moving mechanical parts and moderate noise levels. The ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 45 pounds is required.
