Job ResponsibilitiesThe successful candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive patient assessments, diagnosing and treating illnesses, and managing chronic health conditions. You will also have the opportunity to work with a diverse patient population and develop your skills in areas such as medication management, immunizations, and counseling.
- Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop effective treatment plans.
- Prescribe medications and administer immunizations as needed.
- Provide counseling on health issues and educate patients on healthy lifestyle choices.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
