Product Manager - AI/ML

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct market research and evaluate AI/ML technology stacks to drive efficiencies and optimize resources for the sales channel.
  • Build a deep understanding of the target audience on the demand side (sales executives, business analysts, leadership, etc.) and on the supply side (engineering, data governance, technology partners, etc.).
  • Craft a persona-based approach to designing products to meet the needs of different types of users.
  • Manage continuous prioritization of requests for new features and capabilities by partnering closely with GEO teams around the world.
  • Drive the product roadmap for automating and augmenting decision making using advanced models, frameworks, and applications.
Requirements:
  • 8+ years of experience in product management for enterprise-scale products.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Expertise with large-scale e-commerce data and AI/ML platforms.
  • Broad proficiency in product management and design thinking techniques and tools.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Deep understanding of the modern data and analytics technology stack, including Snowflake, Amazon SageMaker, and Salesforce.
  • Entrepreneurial approach with an ability to navigate ambiguity and focus on what matters most.
  • Strong influencing skills to drive alignment across business, operational, and technical partners.
