Job Summary

This is an exciting opportunity to join the Apple Services Engineering team as a Program Manager, focusing on AI/ML. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for driving and shipping large, multifunctional programs and feature areas. You will lead all aspects of multiple concurrent features, including scope, requirements, timelines, and prioritization. Your day-to-day will include program managing, execution, risk assessments, and collaboration with cross-functional partners to formulate roadmaps and manage intake pipelines. You will also play an active role in improving how features are built and executed in the Apple Services Engineering organization. Additionally, you will help set the strategy and communicate status and issues to stakeholders at all levels.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive and ship large, multifunctional programs and feature areas
• Lead all aspects of multiple concurrent features, including scope, requirements, timelines, and prioritization
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to formulate roadmaps and manage intake pipelines
• Play an active role in improving how features are built and executed in the Apple Services Engineering organization
• Help set the strategy and communicate status and issues to stakeholders at all levels

Requirements

• 5+ years of program or technical project management experience, including experience taking features through the complete software development life cycle
• Strong technical proficiency, with a focus on AI/ML and cloud technologies
• Knowledge of A/B testing and strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and logical structuring abilities
• Ability to turn incomplete, conflicting, or ambiguous input into solid action plans
• Consistent track record of shipping complex customer-facing and backend engineering projects under demanding timelines
• Strong facilitation skills, including requirements sessions, design meetings, progress and status meetings
• Best-in-class communication and presentation skills, including written and verbal communication to all levels of an organization
