Audit and Compliance Expertise

At Axelon, we are seeking a highly skilled Internal Audit Specialist to join our team. As an Internal Audit Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the integrity and effectiveness of our internal controls and processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Attend and document process walkthroughs to identify areas for improvement.
  • Contribute to the development and documentation of the audit program, ensuring it aligns with our company's goals and objectives.
  • Execute and document testing per approved audit program, providing detailed results and findings.
  • Document testing results and provide guidance to junior staff during the engagement and review workpapers.
  • Adhere to the GA Internal Audit standards when performing all audit tasks.

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of internal audit principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in GA Internal Audit standards.
