About the Role:

  • We are seeking a highly experienced professional with a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field and a minimum of 7 years of experience in public works, including 3 years in a supervisory capacity.
  • The successful candidate will have a Professional Engineer License (PE) in the State of Washington and be able to work independently in public contact, meeting, and field situations.
  • Responsibilities will include overseeing the delivery of local engineering services, performing complex professional engineering tasks, and preparing scopes of service, construction cost estimates, and contract bid documents.
