Join our Surgical Scheduling Coordinator team.

As a Surgical Scheduling Coordinator, your responsibilities will include:
Coordinating surgical and anesthesia care provider procedures within established parameters.

Optimizing resource allocation for maximum efficiency.

Gathering patient and procedural information, printing, distributing, and updating schedules while maintaining statistical records.

Executing computer data entry and retrieval tasks.

Exhibiting strong interpersonal and customer service abilities.

Qualifications:
In addition to bringing your full self to the workplace each day, qualified candidates will need the following:

Three years of experience in a healthcare environment

Familiarity with medical terminology

Proficient computer skills

High School Diploma or GED required

Physical Requirements: Sedentary work (prolonged periods of sitting and exerting up to 10lbs of force occasionally)
