Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or equivalent; a college degree is preferred.
  • Minimum of six months experience in the hospitality or service sector.
  • Proficiency in the primary language(s) used in the workplace.

  • Competence in drafting routine reports and correspondence.

  • Accurately manage hotel reservations.
  • Assist in special project development and execution.
  • Respond promptly to guest feedback and concerns, collaborating with supervisors to implement solutions.
  • Foster positive relationships with guests and team members.
  • Ensure all incoming calls are handled courteously and efficiently.
  • Maintain a detailed log of guest inquiries and complaints, ensuring resolution.
  • Manage cash and credit transactions, balancing shift banks accurately.
  • Stay informed about hotel availability, rates, and events that may affect occupancy.
  • Issue safety deposit boxes as requested by guests.
  • Possess comprehensive knowledge of local dining, attractions, and amenities.
  • Maintain open communication with all departments and management to meet hotel needs.
  • Uphold cleanliness and safety standards in the work environment.
  • Ensure all equipment is in safe working order.
  • Stay vigilant regarding safety protocols throughout the property.

Education and Experience:
