About the Job

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Insurance Account Manager to join our team. As an Insurance Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing customer relationships, following up with customers as needed, and using a customer-focused review process to educate customers about insurance options.

You will work closely with our State Farm Agent to establish and meet sales goals, develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services. You will also have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment with a team that is passionate about making a difference in the lives of others.

Responsibilities

  • Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers as needed
  • Use a customer-focused review process to educate customers about insurance options
  • Work with the agent to establish and meet sales goals
  • Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services

Requirements

  • Sales experience preferred
  • Previous or current State Farm experience required
  • Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs
  • Excellent communication skills

Compensation: $50,000 - $85,000 per year
