Key Responsibilities:
As a Patient Care Assistant, you will:
  1. Provide direct care to residents, assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as feeding, bathing, dressing, and personal hygiene.
  2. Document all resident-related activities accurately and in a timely manner.
  3. Notify licensed nursing staff of any changes in resident conditions.
  4. Assist with obtaining vital signs and lab samples as directed.
  5. Maintain a safe and sanitary environment for residents.
  6. Participate in staff meetings and training sessions to enhance your skills.
  7. Engage positively with residents, families, and visitors, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
  8. Adhere to all infection control policies and HIPAA regulations.

Qualifications:
