About the Role

We are seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team at Genesis HealthCare. As a CNA, you will work alongside a Licensed/Registered Nurse to provide high-quality care to our patients/residents. Your primary responsibility will be to assist with their activities of daily living (ADLs), ensuring their safety and well-being.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist patients/residents with ADLs, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to patients/residents
  • Monitor patients'/residents' vital signs and report any changes to the nursing staff
  • Participate in care planning and implementation to ensure individualized care
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to achieve patient/resident goals

Requirements
  • Successful completion of a state-approved CNA program and current certification
