**Job Summary:**
Reporting to the Section Leader of Nuclear Medicine, provides direct care to patients undergoing nuclear medicine procedures.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Delivers high-quality patient care in a nuclear medicine setting.
- Operates and maintains nuclear medicine equipment, ensuring optimal performance and safety.
- Administers medications and contrast agents as required.
- Collaborates with healthcare teams to ensure seamless patient care.
- Maintains accurate and detailed patient records.
**Requirements:**
- Associate's degree in Science or certificate degree in Nuclear Medicine from an accredited institution.
- Minimum one year of experience in Nuclear Medicine, preferably in a hospital setting.
- Current licensure as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
- BLS healthcare provider certification.
- Registration as R.T.(N)(ARRT) or CNMT within one year of hire.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
- Knowledge of state radiation guidelines and regulations.
- IV skills and proficiency.
- Computer proficiency, including PACS and HIS/RIS systems.
- Ability to maintain confidential patient information.
