Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) professional to join our team at Calaway Habeck Talent Consulting. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing expert guidance and support to our clients in the development and implementation of effective HSE strategies and programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct risk assessments and develop strategies to mitigate potential hazards and risks
  • Develop and implement HSE policies, procedures, and training programs
  • Conduct audits and inspections to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Investigate incidents and develop corrective action plans
  • Collaborate with clients to develop and implement HSE management systems
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on HSE matters
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in HSE management
  • Strong knowledge of HSE regulations and standards
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Occupational Health and Safety or a related field
  • Certification in HSE management (e.g. CSP, CIH)
  • Experience in HSE auditing and compliance
  • Knowledge of HSE management software and systems
