Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director, HR Technology and People Insights to lead our HRIS team and partner closely with Digital Products and Services and vendors in providing system support, implementation, and analytics. The successful candidate will have a customer-centric approach to assess and deliver responsive, proactive, and innovative workforce solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the formation of people metrics and communication thereof, to include predictive analytics and workforce trends.
  • Partner with Digital Products and Services and vendors to provide system support, implementation, and analytics.
  • Develop and implement innovative workforce solutions to meet the needs of the organization.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure effective communication and implementation of HR technology initiatives.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in HR technology and analytics.
Requirements
  • Undergraduate degree required, advanced degree preferred.
  • 5 years of progressive experience in HR technology and analytics.
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, and creative problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office 365, specifically Power Point, Word, and Excel.
