Director Talent Management

Novant Health is seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Talent Management team. As Director of Talent Management, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to attract, retain, and develop top talent within the organization.

This role involves managing key functions such as performance management, career pathing, and succession planning, ensuring that talent practices align with organizational goals and support long-term success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement talent management strategies to drive business results
  • Lead performance management, career pathing, and succession planning initiatives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure talent practices align with organizational goals
  • Provide coaching and development opportunities to employees to enhance their skills and career growth
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in talent management or related HR functions, with at least 5 years in a managerial or director-level role
  • Certification in Human Resources preferred
