Job Description

Rotork is seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for partnering with site managers and leadership teams to deliver key HR strategies and provide expert advice, fostering a high-performing, engaged workforce.

This role offers the chance to lead various projects aimed at optimizing our organizational design for future success. In a fast-paced, dynamic environment, you will manage multiple priorities including collaboration with site and leadership teams to build a positive employee culture and enhance engagement.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in organizational change and design, extensive experience in employee relations, including performance and absence management in both union and non-union settings, and experience supporting senior management teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement HR strategies to support business objectives
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to site managers and leadership teams on HR-related matters
  • Lead projects aimed at optimizing organizational design and improving employee engagement
  • Manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Collaborate with site and leadership teams to build a positive employee culture
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or HR (preferred), SHRM certification or Master's degree in HR (plus)
  • HR management experience in a Manufacturing or Engineering environment
  • Proven track record in organizational change and design
  • Extensive experience in employee relations, including performance and absence management in both union and non-union settings
  • Experience supporting senior management teams
