We are in search of an experienced Agile Release Coordinator to become a vital part of our Observability team at a prominent healthcare organization. In this position, you will guide an Agile Release Train (ART) comprising 5 established teams, with plans to incorporate a 6th team. Your role will involve overseeing ART operations, ensuring the effective execution of agile ceremonies, and addressing the unique requirements of our observability projects.

Observability encompasses the monitoring and analysis of system performance and user interactions to enhance our internal systems and operations. Your leadership will be instrumental in advancing our observability platform, improving system reliability, user experience, and data-driven decision-making. Achieving these goals will be essential for realizing significant cost efficiencies and bolstering our overall operational effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

· Lead and Coordinate ART: Manage and synchronize an ART of 5 teams with an additional team to be integrated, ensuring seamless collaboration and efficient functioning across all teams.

· Facilitate Agile Processes: Oversee and facilitate essential agile ceremonies (e.g., PI Planning, Scrum of Scrums, System Demos) with a comprehensive understanding of SAFe principles to ensure smooth and effective agile practices.

· Manage User Stories and Dependencies: Direct the formulation, prioritization, and management of user stories, and address dependencies between teams to support timely and coordinated delivery of features and enhancements.

· Utilize Agile Tools: Leverage Agile tools such as Azure DevOps (ADO) or Jira to monitor progress, manage backlogs, and enhance communication and collaboration across teams.

· Drive System Improvements and Cost Savings: Guide the delivery of enhancements for the observability platform, focusing on system reliability, performance monitoring, and operational efficiency, while contributing to achieving substantial cost savings.

Qualifications:

· SAFe Certification: Advanced SAFe certification as an Agile Release Coordinator, demonstrating a profound understanding of SAFe principles and practices.

· Extensive Enterprise Experience: Proven experience as a senior Agile Release Coordinator or in a similar leadership role within a large-scale Agile environment, with a demonstrated ability to manage complex ARTs and drive impactful outcomes. Familiarity with observability tools and platforms is highly desirable.

· Expertise in Agile Methodologies: Advanced knowledge of Agile methodologies and the SAFe framework, with a strong capability in facilitating all key agile ceremonies and practices.

· Advanced Management of User Stories & Dependencies: Proficient in managing and prioritizing user stories, addressing dependencies across multiple teams, and ensuring effective coordination for timely delivery of features and enhancements.

· Tool Proficiency: Extensive experience with Agile tools such as Azure DevOps (ADO) or Jira, including advanced features for tracking progress, managing backlogs, and enhancing team communication.

· Exceptional Communication Skills: Superior interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to manage and motivate teams, engage effectively with senior stakeholders, and drive cross-team collaboration.

· Relevant Background: Experience in areas related to observability, such as monitoring system performance, managing IT systems, performance management, incident response, data analytics, infrastructure management, log management, or application monitoring.
