Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement project plans, including business requirements, software requirements, and project tracking.
  • Assemble and coordinate project team members and facilitate Scrum/Workshop meetings.
  • Coordinate new project initiation and manage stakeholder relationships, including project team members, executives, and other major stakeholders.
  • Monitor schedule and technical performance of multiple projects and operations, ensuring the ultimate success of the projects and the program.
  • Apply and enforce project management standards to ensure innovative and high-quality products.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in information technology, software development management, software engineering, or a related field.
  • Extensive knowledge of project management, product development processes, and software development, including Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
  • Project management methodology background, solid project process knowledge, and experience leading projects from start to finish.
  • Ability to effectively communicate at all levels of the organization and identify areas for escalations.
