About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Pharmacy Delivery Driver to join our team at Genoa Healthcare. As a Pharmacy Delivery Driver, you will be responsible for making deliveries to and from the pharmacy, clinic, and resident homes, while providing excellent customer service and ensuring timely and accurate completion of deliveries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Loading and Unloading Deliveries: Load vehicles with medications and products for delivery, and unload them at designated locations.
  • Delivery and Verification: Provide timely and accurate completion of deliveries, verify receipt, and obtain signatures for delivered items.
  • Paperwork and Administration: Process required paperwork according to established procedures, shred paperwork for disposal, and maintain accurate records.
  • Housekeeping and Maintenance: Assist in maintaining a clean pharmacy environment by performing various housekeeping tasks, such as vacuuming and disposing of trash.
  • Stock Management: Stock vials, bingo cards, and bubble packs as needed.
  • Data Entry: Perform light computer data entry tasks.
Requirements
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Driver's License: Proven valid applicable state driver's license and good driving record.
  • Vehicle and Insurance: Proven use of own vehicle to make deliveries, and proof of insurance.
  • Navigation and Directions: Demonstrated ability to read and follow maps and directions to customer locations.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Data Entry Skills: Proven data entry skills.
  • Driving Experience: Experience as a company courier or driver.
