Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Operations Specialist to provide critical support to our staff. This role will focus on events, general administrative tasks, and data management. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional administrative support for events, including setup, attendee outreach, data management, and logistics.
  • Manage registration processes for alumni events, track budgets, and provide final reports.
  • Support project management, tracking event tasks, and scheduling meetings.
  • Develop and maintain accurate databases, track engagement data, and produce reports to inform program decisions.
  • Analyze data segments to drive program growth and identify opportunities for improvement.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, applicants must have at least three years of general clerical experience or relevant coursework. A bachelor's degree and professional experience working in non-profit, events, or customer service are preferred.

Salary

The estimated salary range for this position is $60,000 - $63,540 per year, depending on experience.
