Job Overview

Siteworks FM LLC is seeking an experienced Account Manager to oversee the operational and administrative aspects of our client accounts. This role will involve handling client and vendor correspondences, identifying solutions to meet client needs, and ensuring client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain high-profile customer relationships through phone and email communications
  • Strengthen client relationships to maximize volume
  • Receive and dispatch all incoming work orders
  • Identify and dispatch vendors whose skills align with client requests
  • Recruit new vendors and negotiate pricing as needed
  • Review measurements and ensure team goals are met
  • Review and approve invoices and proposals
  • Ensure client satisfaction and follow up on issues
  • Handle job escalations and communicate service issues to upper management
  • Answer client and vendor inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner
  • Collaborate with the AP/AR department to resolve billing holds and invoicing escalations
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Demonstrated customer service and management skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Sense of urgency to handle tasks timely and efficiently
  • Internet savvy and proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Construction management and/or national retail & facility maintenance experience
  • Experience working with and managing sub-contractors
