Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:

  • Foster key relationships with approximately 6-8 National Accounts
  • Ideate and execute marketing objectives
  • Attend Quarterly and Semi-Annual Sales Meetings with Customers
  • Manage customer relationships, including third-party sales representatives
  • Support the strategy for each account, aligning with Metro's overall corporate strategy and growth targets
  • Develop and perform regular training and communication with internal support at the national accounts
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field
  • A minimum of five years related experience
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Good Microsoft Office skills
  • Ability and willingness to travel to customer sites, trade shows, and to our Corporate HQ in Wilkes-Barre PA as needed
  • Must be adaptable, work independently or as part of a team, and possess the ability to make decisions using sound reasoning ability
  • Preferred: 8+ years relevant work experience

Compensation and Benefits:

The salary range for this position includes a base salary, annual and quarterly bonuses. The salary range begins at $50,000 base with an opportunity to earn annual and quarterly bonuses. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including paid vacation time, sick time, holiday pay, and personal days. We also offer medical, dental, and vision insurance, fully paid life insurance, short-term and long-term disability, a 401(k) with a company match, educational reimbursement, and wellness offerings.
