En tant que Responsable de la Réception, vous aurez pour mission de coordonner les activités du service d'accueil afin d'assurer un taux d'occupation optimal et des revenus maximaux, tout en garantissant un service de qualité supérieure aux clients.

Principales responsabilités :

  • Superviser les opérations quotidiennes de la réception.
  • Gérer les budgets en fonction des taux d'occupation et des prévisions, et élaborer le planning du personnel en conséquence.
  • Mettre en œuvre des directives, politiques et procédures pour les services opérationnels supervisés.
  • Encadrer les activités et instaurer un environnement de travail propice à l'atteinte des objectifs.
  • Résoudre les problèmes de performance au sein des services opérationnels supervisés.
  • Participer activement aux réunions de l'équipe d'exploitation.
  • Recruter, former, évaluer et encadrer le personnel du service, conformément aux critères de l'entreprise.
  • Assurer le respect des normes d'audit du groupe.
  • Communiquer efficacement avec les membres de l'équipe.
  • Se réunir quotidiennement avec l'équipe pour discuter des activités clés.
  • Veiller au respect des réglementations locales en matière de santé et de sécurité.
  • Anticiper et résoudre les problèmes des clients tout en mettant en place des processus proactifs pour promouvoir la satisfaction client.
  • Inspirer l'ensemble du personnel de l'hôtel à atteindre des performances dignes d'un établissement de luxe.
  • Interagir positivement avec les autres départements pour garantir un accueil de qualité.

Qualifications requises :

  • Diplôme Bac+3 à Bac+4 en Hôtellerie, Tourisme ou Relation Client.
  • Minimum de 5 ans d'expérience dans un poste similaire, de préférence dans le secteur du luxe.
  • Maîtrise courante de l'anglais et du français.

  • Compréhension approfondie des activités de contrôle opérationnel, d'élaboration de budget et de planification.
  • Excellentes compétences en communication, tant à l'oral qu'à l'écrit.
