Join Our Team as a Mental Health Therapist

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Mental Health Therapist to join our team at Ellie Mental Health - MN. As a full-time or part-time Outpatient Therapist, you will be part of a dynamic team dedicated to improving and expanding access to quality mental health care.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced and supportive environment, providing high-quality mental health services to our clients. As a Mental Health Therapist, you will be responsible for evaluating mental health diagnoses, creating and implementing treatment plans, and providing excellent customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate mental health diagnoses and create treatment plans
  • Provide high-quality mental health services to clients
  • Collaborate with a dynamic team to further the mission of Ellie Mental Health - MN
  • Attend and participate in all clinical staff meetings and trainings

Requirements
  • Master's degree in one of the behavioral sciences or related fields from an accredited college or university
  • Clinical licensure or licensure track for LMFT, LPCC, LICSW, LP, etc.
  • Experience with completing DAs, treatment plans, and clinical case notes
  • Passion for topics such as EMDR therapy, DBT, CBT, BIPOC population, humanistic therapy, gender identity, and sexual orientation
  • Ability to demonstrate and model stable, appropriate boundaries with clients
  • Proficient in the use of Office 365 and EHR systems (Valant)
