Job Summary

The Kitchen and Prepared Foods Manager will be responsible for leading the kitchen team and ensuring the delivery of high-quality food products to our customers. This role requires a strong culinary background, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the kitchen team to ensure efficient and effective food preparation and presentation.
  • Develop and implement menu plans and recipes to meet customer demand and drive sales growth.
  • Manage inventory and ordering to minimize waste and optimize profitability.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless execution of events and promotions.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in a kitchen management role, preferably in a retail or hospitality environment.
  • Proven track record of leading high-performing teams and driving sales growth.
  • Excellent culinary skills and knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
