Dental Associates Group seeks a dedicated and experienced Dental Practice Manager to lead our team in providing exceptional patient care and driving operational excellence.

As the Practice Manager, you will play a vital role in shaping the success of our practice by fostering a positive and collaborative work environment, ensuring smooth daily operations, and upholding the highest standards of patient satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
  • Operational Leadership: Oversee all aspects of practice operations, including staff management, appointment scheduling, patient communication, and financial administration.
  • Patient Experience Champion: Prioritize a patient-centric approach, ensuring warm welcomes, comfortable environments, and responsive care throughout each patient's visit.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with clinical staff to ensure seamless patient flow and exceptional overall patient experiences.
  • Financial Management: Manage insurance claims processing, billing procedures, and financial reporting to optimize profitability and efficiency.
  • Communication & Training: Effectively communicate treatment plans, financial estimates, and post-operative instructions to patients. Provide leadership, training, and mentorship to the practice team.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to all relevant regulations, including HIPAA and OSHA, maintaining a secure and compliant practice environment.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 1 year of proven experience in dental practice management.
  • Proficiency in dental software systems (e.g., Open Dental).
  • Strong understanding of business accounting principles and Excel proficiency.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in all tasks.
