Job Title: Commissioned Salesperson

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Commissioned Salesperson to join our team at C&S Wholesale Grocers, LLC. As a Commissioned Salesperson, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, identifying sales opportunities, and driving revenue growth in your assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets in your assigned territory
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including store managers and owners
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities, including cross-selling and upselling existing customers
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly to customer needs and resolving issues in a timely manner
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, market trends, and competitor activity to make informed sales decisions
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales support and operations, to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
  • 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in the grocery or food industry
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Work Environment:

C&S Wholesale Grocers, LLC is a dynamic and fast-paced work environment that requires flexibility and adaptability. As a Commissioned Salesperson, you will be required to travel regularly to customer locations, including stores and distribution centers. You will also be expected to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
