Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer support, ensuring seamless logistics operations, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and in-person interactions
  • Ensure drivers are supported while en route and update supporting documentation
  • Communicate with other departments and vendors to support routing, claims, and compliance processes
  • Serve as a point of contact for customer inquiries and escalation resolution
  • Maintain accurate invoicing and reporting
  • Assist distribution center managers and supervisors with daily administrative tasks
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment
  • Maintain a positive working relationship with all team members
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent education
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Flexible schedule with ability to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Integrity in all aspects of work
Work Environment

The work environment is a temperature-controlled office environment and a non-temperature-controlled warehouse environment.
