Physical Therapy Office Director

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our physical therapy office as a Front Desk Coordinator. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for patients and visitors, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment while efficiently managing administrative tasks.
**Responsibilities:**
- Greet patients and visitors warmly and assist with check-in and check-out procedures.
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments, ensuring optimal use of the clinic's schedule.
- Answer and direct phone calls, responding to inquiries about services, insurance, and scheduling.
- Verify patient insurance and assist with collecting co-pays or payments.
**Requirements:**
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in office administration is a plus.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency with scheduling software, electronic medical records (EMR), and basic office equipment.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and maintain confidentiality.
Estimated salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per year.
